Digital Fairness Act Monitor
Sources and evidence policy
This portal uses stable source IDs, compact inline citations and a full source list. Law, dates, institutional status and obligations are checked against primary texts wherever possible. Secondary sources help identify questions and interpretations but do not silently replace legislation or official process records. Every published core page carries a genuine last-verified date.
- Priority
- Official primary sources
- Citation model
- Stable ID, inline chip and full record
- Verification
- Material changes only, with revision records
Source hierarchy
Legislation and official institutional records come first. Regulator guidance, judgments and official studies follow according to the claim. Scholarship and practitioner commentary can inform analysis but remain labelled secondary.
What a citation does not mean
A source chip shows the basis reviewed for the nearby statement. It does not imply that the institution endorses this portal or every interpretive sentence on the page.
