The portal targets WCAG-oriented, keyboard-accessible use with semantic HTML, visible focus, responsive layouts, text alternatives, reduced-motion support and printable tools. Accessibility is an ongoing editorial and technical responsibility rather than a one-time badge. Readers can report a barrier with the page, device and task they were attempting.

Current measures
Core content is server-rendered and readable without client scripting. Controls use native inputs and labels; status is not encoded by colour alone; tables can scroll on narrow screens; tools retain printable text results.
