Digital Fairness Act Monitor

# Editorial methodology

We start with a precise user question, identify the governing jurisdiction and status, and test material claims against primary sources. Editors assign stable source IDs, distinguish law from policy and analysis, record publication, modification and verification dates, and preserve a concise change note. Uncertainty is published as uncertainty rather than filled with prediction.

**Claim unit**

A specific fact with a source and status

**Review gate**

**Correction standard**

Prompt, visible and traceable

## Status taxonomy

Current law, officially announced, under consideration, stakeholder proposal, editorial analysis and unknown are separate values. A page can discuss several values but its headline status reflects the proposition it directly answers.

## Examples and visuals

Illustrative examples are original hypotheticals. Real enforcement examples need an official or judicial record. Diagrams are generated from reviewed data, and no authority imagery is used to imply affiliation.

## Editorial responsibility and limits

Flowlane is responsible for researching, drafting and updating the portal. Publisher attribution identifies editorial responsibility; it does not imply an official role, legal qualification or external endorsement. The portal provides general information rather than advice on a specific matter.

From method to evidence

## Apply the review method to a live journey.

[Flowlane](https://www.getflowlane.com/?utm_source=digital-fairness-act.eu&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=methodology-evidence-workflow): It preserves available screens, transitions and outcomes so teams can connect an editorial review question to reproducible product evidence. It organises interface evidence for human review and does not make a Digital Fairness Act legal assessment or certify compliance.
